Andrew & Larissa

Hi, we’re Andrew and Larissa! We live in Snook, Texas on Larissa’s grandparents’ farm. Our
favorite part of our house is our backyard, where we spend a lot of our time, caring for our
chickens, cuddling with our cat and gardening. We’ve been married for 5 years and are excited to build our family through adoption.

On a typical day we get up and go for a walk together before Andrew goes to work. Larissa
works from home, crocheting and teaching English online. We enjoy spending time together by going on walks, playing board games, going to baseball games and leading worship together at church.

Family and friends are very important to us. We spend a lot of time with our family that lives
close, our church family and our friends from high school and college. We also travel often to
see our family that lives out of the state. We value faith and laughter in our family.

We have many extended family members and friends who are adopted, or are adoptive parents.
Adoption has been a conversation for us from the beginning of our relationship and we have
watched God work in our lives throughout our entire relationship to prepare us to welcome a
child into our hearts and home. We feel called to give a child a loving, stable home, and we are committed to honoring their story, culture, and connections.

As parents we hope to have a home where a child will be able to learn, ask questions and grow into the unique person God created them to be. We are looking forward to every milestone our child will reach; walking, talking, birthdays, and to starting new traditions with our child.

We truly admire you and know that the decision you are making is hard but full of love. If you
