Howdy! We’re Michael and Jennifer, and we’re proud to call Bryan, Texas home. We’ve been married for six years, building a life centered on faith, family, tradition, and a spirit of adventure. Whether we’re exploring small towns across Texas, cooking meals together in the kitchen, or gathering with loved ones, we cherish creating a home that feels welcoming, joyful, and rooted in community. We are so excited about the possibility of growing our family through adoption and opening our hearts and home to a child.
On a typical day, we work side by side in our media and marketing business, where Michael focuses on writing, photography, and covering events, and Jennifer brings creativity, organization, and heart to everything we do. Evenings are our favorite time, when we slow down to cook dinner together, take our black lab, Bailey, for a walk, or gather around the table to share about our day. We love spending weekends exploring small Texas towns, visiting local parks, attending church, or welcoming friends and family into our home. Some of our favorite simple joys include cooking new recipes together, decorating for each holiday, hosting Sunday dinners with family, and adding a new ornament to our Christmas tree from every trip we take. Family and community are deeply important to us. Jennifer’s dad lives just a mile away, Michael’s parents are close by, and we are surrounded by lifelong friends and a strong church family who actively support and encourage us. Our home is filled with books, fresh flowers, laughter, and the steady presence of faith that guides how we love and serve others. We value faith, kindness, stability, creativity, and creating a safe, joyful space where a child would always feel deeply loved and supported.
Adoption was in our hearts before we got married. We believe deeply in loving others the way Christ loves us, and we feel called to provide a child with steadfast love, safety, encouragement, and stability. Our home is ready to nurture a child’s unique story, and we are fully committed to honoring their background, culture, and the connections that are important to them. Our hope is to raise a child who feels deeply loved, supported in their dreams, confident in who they are, and always secure in the knowledge that they are chosen and cherished.
As parents, we hope to create a home where a child feels safe to learn, grow, ask questions, and openly express their thoughts and emotions. We want our home to be a place of encouragement and stability, where curiosity is celebrated, faith is lived out daily, and kindness is practiced in both big and small ways. We look forward to the everyday moments just as much as the milestones, from bedtime stories and family dinners to school events, holidays, and new adventures. Most of all, we are excited to support a child’s unique interests, dreams, and individuality, helping them grow into exactly who they are meant to be.
