Andrew & Mackenzie

Hello, 

We are Mackenzie and Andrew! We met during college at Texas A&M through a student organization summer program, while playing volleyball. We spent a year as friends before going on our first date, then the future began to take shape. We married on our 9-month anniversary, and as of 2026, we have been married for over 4 years.

We love to spend time with family and friends. We enjoy working together on our coffee catering business, reading, cooking, walking and working out, pickleball, board games, antiquing, hosting, and working on home projects.

We bought our first home in 2025 and have spent time renovating it to create a place that is welcoming, beautiful, and feels like us. It has become a place where people are celebrated: birthdays, engagements, pregnancies, showering future parents and babies. We have built many memories sharing meals with friends and family. Most of all we hope it is the home to grow our family. 

We hoped to start building a family soon after getting married. However, four years later, unfortunately that dream has not yet been a part of our story. While dating, adoption was something we knew we wanted to pursue once married. We just didn’t know when or how. Today, we are holding on to hope that this is the right time and place.

We believe each child has a gift that can change the world in a profound way. We desire to pour into our children and teach them how to learn, how to do and how to be; how to name their emotions, and how to grow into the person they were created to be. Most importantly we want our children to grow up feeling love—as well as to give and receive it.

We hope this journey is one full of faith and beauty. Whether that involves us being part of the story or another wonderful family, we hope you feel loved and cared for as a courageous birth mom, woman, and friend.
